End of the Holidays. Prepare for war!

Feeling afresh. And this is what I like most about short term trading, holding no position over the long weekend and live your life, LOL!! Before the beginning of a new and exciting week, I just have few things to blog it up:

Up 10+% in 4 days (Good Call, Mike!)
I chanced upon Mike's site last Friday and read one of his TA articles: MEASAT. http://daytradingfkli.blogspot.com/2010/05/tameasat.html I liked his call.
Voila! The accuracy was magical, MEASAT exploded from RM2.9+ level to RM3.2+ level this week! despite a set-back on Tuesday. Thanks Mike for the good call.
We shall see if this baby will swing up any further next week.

27-May (Thursday) FKLI movement
It had got my favorite set up but I was not around to exploit it. Nevermind, it happened before and it will happen again.
Suddenly 1300 is not very far from where FKLI last closed, LOL!
A counter-trend could be in the making, and they say normally Professionals enter safely on pull-back (and I am giving you a Simon Cowell's wink.)

Goh, thank you for dropping by. I am not big player; I am just a magical Jealous Loser (JL?) in somebody's book. LOL! I hope you are not making a mistake by commenting here, because they will be calling you name pretty soon.

Ex-banker? LOL! I guess those cleaner Makcik or Ah Soh working in the banks are also bankers then. ROFL! Don't get me wrong, I am not making fun on how they make their livings.

For the record, I have stopped visiting ex-banker's site since this week for good. As for his short entry at 1252.5, "excellent" huh? I have no further comments on his trade. Peace. LOL!

Thanks to global equities sell down, crashing stocks indexes, and melting commodities; FCPO is too joining the stampede.

Did Houdini Die Standing? No, Houdini didn't die standing. Houdini was an escapologist. He escaped! Remember trailing stop? (Gotcha, LOL!) Joke aside, Houdini actually died of peritonitis, LOL!

I wouldn't feel proud of my 10plus points profits per contract.
As a matter of fact, I consider it as a failed trade. The profits are not proportional to the times invested and exposure. Oh yeah, another regret is, not able to serve you "Sweet and Sour Slimp." LOL!!

Talk about the cliche of SELL IN MAY and GO AWAY. I will be away for holidays for the rest of the week. Wall street's money never sleeps, but I do need some good rest after such a profitable month, and to get ready for a fabulous new month to come, and I do find blogging is more tiring than making money, LOL!! (Any Dog Owner wanna be my associate writer? I can pay you per article written... ROFL!!!)

P/S: To ZacLim, now you are jumping high and low trying to get my attention? LOL! Sorry pal, try harderr! Last free advice to you, be more original, ok?

Anti Climax

About today's FCPO price movements, really a waste of time and inefficient trading day.
I could have taken easy profits 20+ points each contract but I decide to wait for one more day.

Why? Rather die standing than live on knees!
(i.e. Rather hit by either trailing stop or target price than take a cowardly exit!)

It's a lazy Sunday afternoon... until I read a very funny article.

Apparently someone is implying (or accusing) me of bragging my winnings here. Even if that's the case, the bragging, are my winnings hurting this someone's feelings? LOL!
I do share my losses and overnight trades here. If you are a good trader, you will know whether I am a real McCoy. I am one, with or without your recognitions.

Not to mention what could I possibly gain (if I really do brag here):
First, Personal Fame? I don't use my real identity here, what to gain?
Second, Readership? I don't place ads here or charge subscription, what to gain? (I am not aiming to be a Mr. Popular in the first place)
Third, Ulterior Motive? I don't need to network around with rich people (so that I can manage their funds. LOL!), what to gain?
It looks more and more obvious that SadLim is going after the 3 things mentioned above. LOL! (Sorry ar, Mr.Lim, for revealing your motives).

I share my trading strategies here, out of confidence.

My intelligent readers, please tell me from SadLim's post below, who is the one actually bragging? LOL!
I am really having a good good laugh from his childish arguments below, which I am not going to lower my level down to explain to him. I have said enough and leaked enough secrets on how to stay close with our enemies (i.e. the ultimate market operators).

But one thing I have to point out, this SadLim is really academically challenged. He has misinterpreted my point. I will say it again and again:
"Losers are always losers, they work in herds. Only winners dare to defy herd thinkings."

SadLim's version : "Losers follow the herds and winners dare to defy the herds."
Can you see the difference? If you can't, sorry, you need to go back to school.

Deleveraging process
A friend of mine asked me to visit one of the unknown blogs around whose owner loves to brag about his winnings in the futures market. Well, I told my friend that I am not interested to read n if he wants to share anything,he can always come to my blog. Recently, I went to check out and I feel that his blog is quite interesting.

He reminds me of many traders who there who love to brag when they win and when they lose, they sort of like give excuses. To them ,the word " I am wrong " does not exist in their dictionary. I would like to discuss about one of his investment principles. Its goes like this.

Losers follow the herds and winners dare to defy the herds.

Now ,always remember that in FKLI , 50% of the volume come from the retailers . Institutions contribute lesser volume. The crowd is PRIMITIVE but they are strong. Do not fight against the crowd. I know of many futures traders who lose their money because they go against the herd. The crowd psychology represents the trend of the market. When the crowd is bearish, the market goes down.When the crowd is bullish, the market goes up.
To know when to follow the crowd and when to defy the crowd is the hallmark of a successful trader.In my opinion, buy low and sell high does not really work in the futures market because those who buy at the low and sell at the high are those who manipulate/operate the markets.If you ask me whether I can make money buying low and selling high, I would say that I can but there is a possibility that I might have a series of drawdowns before I can the major reversal.

To me, a successful trader is a person who is straightforward when it comes to his profits and losses. There is no point bragging about how much he makes in a trade ...... I only respect those who admit how much he loses in a trade.

I give one example. A friend of mine told me that Petra Bhd will test RM 4.00 again. He has been talking about it for quite some time and fundamentals and technical are pointing to a higher price. At the end, he averaged his profits by 'contra-ing' at the HIGH around RM 1.7 something. Have a look at Petra now. He doesn't admit that it is a mistake to buy at that price. The trade at 1.7 something was meant to be a short term trade but due to the fact that the market went against him, he held those stocks for the long haul.

Super high accuracy and super high profits traders are either liars or magicians. I would like to meet magicians one day.

Alright,I am in the process of deleveraging my trades because of some setbacks in my CPO trades. I have exited all my positions in May FKLI n currently only holding my June short. The price of my June short is at 1320.5 but I did not reveal out in my trading diary because the profits earned ( in points ) will be unrealistically high. In actual fact, I have also shorted at 1330something, the same price Winner went long. Is there anything to brag about? I dont think so. Maybe he knew that I was going to short at that price so, he gave me the chance by buying some contracts from me.

Sweet Sweet CPO!

Really not much to say about my sweetheart CPO. I am waiting for a lot of shorties to buy from me next week. Or should I say, I am hunting down you all CPO bears!!! Stay tuned!!!

Bonus Track : FKLI - Nothing much to do. Who say you must short the bear market? LOL! I like to shoot the bears though.

Revenge Day!

As I said before, 1300 is a pivotal level, and it is proving it again today. And the sharks know the psychology of retail traders too.

Afternoon session, opened with a gap down below 1300, I instantly could judge it was a trap to lure shorties (to add positions). And based on my indicator, I longed at 1299+/-, took my quick swing profits at 1309+/-. Beautiful short sweet swing, helped me to get back what I had lost yesterday and earn extra. (I would double my order size if I am in for a intraday swing).

FCPO, again, oversold market, a 20 points swing-up was as easy as a gimme!! LOL!

My yesterday Long is a goner!

What a shame DJ had a bad overnight close! Instead of waiting for miracles, I cut my long with about 10 points loss per lot.

A loss is a loss, and I am not going to pretend it's ok or it's just part of the "expenses". It's a loss.

A lot of readers were checking on my site this morning. Human nature huh, fun to watch when one is on the losing trade? LOL? Looks like there's a correlation between losing trades and ascending click rates. LOL!
(Whoever you are, if you enjoy reading my blog, please say something, OK? else I might close down this blog in the near future).

On the other hand, my cpo trades, which are too precious for me to share, brought me good profits yesterday which I covered my shorts yesterday.

Are you Long?

Yes, today I longed some at 133x.

Very easy game, all we need is a good DJ overnite results for tomorrow FKLI.
Sharks are going to trigger shorties' stops (around 135x).
I will park at 135x to take profits. Very easy, as easy as money fall from Sky into my pocket(s).
(to be exact, money flow from shorties' pockets into mine!!! LOL!!!!

Tomorrow morning we will know the results. ^-^

Fat Ass Don't Swing

Well, for the few readers that are coming back frequently, herewith I provide you some light reading materials:

It depends on what kind of full-time traders they are, to decide how free they are. An intraday forex trader will probably still keep their eyes on the screen while peeing. LOL! If you are a short term Swing trader like me, you will have more time than a lot of people out there.

OK, talk about swing, apparently that particular someone had a negative remarks on golf - "wasting time". Let's be honest, more often than not, I see a lot of lousy golfers giving up the game in the excuse of "wasting time" LOL!

To this particular someone, if you think playing golf is wasting time, how about being a couch potato watching football in the wee hours? I call that wasting life. LOL!
(You know what, those who can't play football, they become the best football fans! Those who play any sports, they play and seldom watch!! Think about it!!! LOL!)

Loser whines. And what kind of mentality was that, when a market didn't move the way you wished, you called its name as "bullshit"? Just when I didn't agree with your trading ideas, you called me "loser". Who is the real "loser" now? Please stand out, please stand out.

It's interesting to see how this ZacLim will reply to All Trading Ideas' comment on his short entry of 1310. Perhaps, "small postion only, don't worry", or this ZacLim will sincerely admit the market is bigger then him. LOL!

Field Day for FKLI and FCPO

This morning I could smell the fear in the air, after a night of walls street trauma. I knew this could be a morning for panic sales, and my experience is my teacher. Had you been thru the 2007 Sub-prime crisis, you would understand.

What are the signs of panic sales? Gap down, Huge Volume and High Velocity.
What happen during panic sales? Oversold! People sell irrationally.
What do you do during panic sales? Buy Low Sell High!

For FKLI, 1300 proven to be a strong pivot level, from its history and from this morning price actions. The strong defense of this level charged away the bears. This is where I took some Long position. I guessed I was sailing with wind at my back, little resistance going up. And when I saw the sorhai ZacLimp shorted at 1310 level, I knew I just had to add more contracts at that level, which I did. And this one way train was so smooth that I did't have to worry of other things. Eventually it hit my target in the 20s level. Sweet sweet.

FCPO was also oversold, able to collect 20 points per contract from this god sent opportunity.

I know some of you keep checking on my site. Please be patient, today is my field day on both FKLI and FCPO. Will update later.

Is FKLI difficult?

Not at all, most amateurs looking for signals, professionals looking at big picture.

Amateurs are proud of how involved they are with the market, professionals stay sideline and try to catch the big swing.

If you are good enough to catch one or two big swing a month, you don't have to monitor market 9-5 in front of your terminal like those kiddos.

If you can understand this chart, I can assure you have good odds of winning.

What a nice day.

A cloudy day, we golfers like this kind of weather. Easier to focus on the game then under scorching hot weather. My golfing kaki, also my business partner, popped me this question, "You ar, why wasted your time to play with those kiddos? What do you want to prove? "

"Dunno, just for fun perhaps" I answered him.

It was a good question from him. It got me thinking. Despite we are grown-up now, the naughty side of us will always make us do something for good fun, like what I was doing at the ZacLim's site. LOL!

Anyway, will see how it develops, will see if there is any more childish acts from SadLim n his pussycat partner. LOL!

P/S: Yes, my FKLI stop order was triggered, not in the morning but in the afternoon, guess you all know my position by now. I did say FKLI showed some weakness yesterday, didn't I? ;)

With all due respect, I am trying to understand your objective of challenge.
Do you challenge me to Buy or do you challenge me to answer your Buy call?
I believe it is for the latter case.

(1) I suppose your buy call is meant for May-2010 contract.
(2) I suppose your entry price was around 1346 (break of 26/Apr high)
(3) I suppose your intension is to hold it beyond 16/May Sibu by-election, without stop loss, trailing stop, profit target.

Well, at this juncture, I am not interested in FKLI current prices. Why? Too late to long (unless it breaks 1350 convincingly), too early to short. Like the cliche, having no position is my position for now.

Nonetheless, if there is clearer FKLI movement in next few days, I will surely update you with my call.
