Back from Holidays!
How come FKLI liked to take a dip whenever I was away recently? Perfect timing? LOL
Good that I didn’t miss any action during my absence, not that I was hard up for any action.

The excitement was over! for now...
Big thanks to the liquidity and good prices provided by the bears (act of short covering). ROFL!
And I wonder if anyone still remembers "Buy Low Sell High" and "Pivotal Level 1300"? LOL!!
Some may ask why not reverse the trade sequence to Sell High Buy Low?
Let me tell you my friends, for everything there is a season.
So, what next? Time for holidays! That's the little reward I give myself for the victory! LOL!!!

So you think FKLI is going down? Part II
England | 0 | : | 0 | Algeria | |||||||
Slovenia | 2 | : | 2 | United States | |||||||
Germany | 0 | : | 1 | Serbia |
Oh yeah, how can I not mention the drunk French sailors being drugged by Amigo Tequilas 0:2? The last win of Mexico over France was many decades ago, but it just happened again this week before our naked eyes! LOL!! With so many upsets over the "normally good odds", Ah Longs are coming to knock on many naive gamblers' doors!! Sad, but true.
Just as naive, some traders/amateurs were having funny idea on this correlation theory of World Cup and Weak Market Performance. So the hear say was that our market would normally drift lower during past World Cups. True or Fiction? Can you show the statistics of past market's performances during WC over the period of 20 years? LOL!
Fine, say if the statistics give you a favorable odds of Shorting the market, but the problem is, statistics remain as statistics, you know what I mean. They change whenever there is new result. LOL!!
OK, last shot, say the statistics give you a 4:1 odds of winning by shorting the market. You would insist on shorting the market since you have "good" odds and history has proved that so, i.e. a sure win in the long run. Then my question to you, "Have you been shorting FKLI in every WC for the past 20yrs?" Do I sound like I care? LOL!!!

So you think FKLI is going down?
As much as I dislike market prediction, I do have my independent view (forecast) on market direction. Still bullish! That's why "buying on dips" has been my core strategy this year. As I have reasons to believe, in mid term (6~12 months), FKLI market stands a good chance to test 1450! Yes, you heard me right, 1450, not 1350! So, now we wait, to see where will the market take us to.
My bullish view will only change (to neutral or bearish), when FKLI price movements tell me so.
Disclaimer : If you are a futures trader buying or selling on tips, do not believe a single word I said above. LOL!!!

FKLI Hit 1299!
Tuesday, June 8, 2010
Where is my next "Gold"?
Gold spot price just hit record high US$1253.3 moment ago. Its previous high was US$1249, and it is still lurking around the psychological resistance level of US$1250 as I write. Do I expect it to move higher in the near terms? DEFINITELY; especially in times like this. But I am also on the look out for a replacement investment option.
My investment in Gold (through local bank) started 2 years back. Yielded average 19% return per annum to date. Not as exciting as trading futures, but it is a fairly nice and safe place to park my savings / retained profits. One thing about Gold investment in Malaysia, you do need to time your entry and exit of Gold investment on Ringgit Malaysia’s strength and weakness.
Now, more and more herds are buying Gold as de facto safe heaven investment. For me, It's about time for me to search for next "Gold" to park my money. Not in a hurry though, I have 6 good months to research and study before I swap all my Gold to something else.
Almost every main street Joe knows the power of compound interests, but the difficult part is, how and where to find such a profitable investment vehicle that delivers you 15~20% return per annum consistently. I believe it can be done, not if you follow the herd thinking. LOL!!

FKLI @ 1300, Pivotal Level! again...
It was obvious on Friday that FKLI buyer market exhausted.
I am saying this not because of the later event of Dow Jones Friday's sharp drop, but FKLI itself had given pretty good signal.
Those who longed at 129x and thought they got a good deal are now in trouble!!
Do I sound like I care? LOL!

FKLI @ 1300, such a bad boy!
FKLI @ 1300, so easy. I hate to say this : I have told you so! Did I not?
Where do we go from here, just enjoy the counter-trend until it is exhausted.
You can say I am bragging again, well, in fact this is just my little contribution to light up the atmosphere, because it feels like a funeral when you walk through snippets of various latest posts at ginsing70. LOL!
